Shipping & returns

Shipping follows the same rules as thefang.app: some items ship free, some have a flat rate, and some are calculated from your ZIP.

Most drops leave the crypt within 3 business days.

Card payments include a 3% processing surcharge.

Right now we don't accept returns, but if you have an issue with your order, please email nosferatu@thefang.email and we'll do everything we can to make it right!
